The pack is nylon on the outside with clay gel and water inside, and it remains flexible so it conforms to the wrist. The soft cover blends neoprene, nylon, polyester and spandex and is latex-free. One size, black, 19 in by 4.25 in, 0.77 lbs. Spot clean, lay flat and air dry.
