ADA Compliance & Risk Reduction.
For legal and compliance leaders, ADA compliance is a defensible standard, not a marketing point. We provide the assessments, documentation, and remediation work that hold up under DOJ scrutiny, plaintiff inquiries, and internal audit. Documented. Auditable. Defensible.
ADA Compliance Audits
Building-by-building accessibility assessments documented to the 2010 ADA Standards. Detailed compliance reports. Photographed deficiencies. Prioritized remediation recommendations. Output appropriate for legal review, board reporting, or DOJ inquiry.
Remediation Programs
Multi-site remediation plans phased by priority, risk exposure, and capital availability. We execute the work. We document the completion. Your legal team gets the closeout package.
Title III Public Accommodation
For retail, hospitality, and customer-facing facilities, we address Title III public accommodation requirements. Entryways, restrooms, service counters, parking, signage. The visitor-facing accessibility your liability hinges on.
Plaintiff Response & Settlement Support
When demand letters and plaintiff inquiries land, we provide rapid site assessments, settlement-quality remediation, and the documentation your defense counsel needs. Fast turnaround on plaintiff inquiries.
New Construction Review
Accessibility specification and consulting on new construction and major renovation projects. ADA review of architectural drawings. Submittals support. Pre-occupancy inspections.
Multi-Year Compliance Programs
Ongoing compliance partnerships for organizations with multi-site portfolios. Annual or semi-annual re-audits. Documented compliance posture maintained over time. Board-ready reporting.
Employee Accommodation & Inclusion.
HR and people operations leaders work with us on reasonable accommodation requests, workplace mobility equipment, and the ongoing infrastructure that lets your employees with mobility needs do their jobs. The accommodation conversation is the easy part. The follow-through is where most employers fall short.
Individual Accommodation Requests
When an employee requests an accommodation involving mobility equipment, accessibility, or workplace modification, we provide the assessment, the recommendation, and the implementation. HR keeps control of the accommodation process. We provide the execution.
Returning-to-Work Programs
Employees returning from injury, surgery, or disability often need temporary or permanent workplace modifications. We work with HR, the employee, and occupational health to specify and install what is needed.
Mobility Equipment for Employees
Power chairs, scooters, transfer seating, and complex rehab equipment delivered to the employee’s workplace. Insurance and benefits navigation when applicable. Service and maintenance over the equipment’s life.
Workplace Accessibility Assessments
On-site assessment of an employee’s specific work environment. Identify barriers. Recommend modifications. Execute the work. Document for the personnel file.
Multi-Site Employee Support
For enterprises with employees across multiple locations, we coordinate accommodation work through the appropriate franchise or partner location. Consistent service. One point of contact at corporate HR.
Inclusion Infrastructure
Beyond individual accommodations, we help organizations build inclusive infrastructure as standard practice. Adjustable workstations. Accessible meeting rooms. Inclusive design considerations baked into facility planning.
Facility Upgrades & Capital Improvements.
Real estate and facility operations leaders engage us for accessibility infrastructure as part of capital projects, renovations, and ongoing facility maintenance. Specification through commissioning. Single-source accountability for the accessibility scope.
Capital Project Accessibility
Accessibility specification, equipment selection, and installation for new construction, major renovations, and capital improvement programs. Scope coordinated with general contractors and architects.
Automatic Door Systems
Automatic door openers for main entries, restroom entries, and accessible meeting rooms. Code-compliant operation, ADA-compliant clearance, and service contracts to keep them working.
Restroom Modifications
ADA-compliant restroom upgrades including grab bars, accessible fixtures, signage, and floor-clearance work. Coordinated with your facilities team to minimize operational disruption.
Vertical Access Solutions
Wheelchair lifts, vertical platform lifts, and elevator coordination for multi-floor facilities. Where elevators are not feasible, we engineer compliant alternatives.
Parking & Exterior Access
Accessible parking layouts, ramp installations, exterior signage, and approach paths from parking to building entries. Compliance with the 2010 ADA Standards and applicable state codes.
Ongoing Service Contracts
Once the equipment is installed, it has to keep working. Annual or multi-year service contracts on automatic doors, lifts, and other accessibility equipment. Same technicians, same documentation, same accountability.
How we work.
Four steps from the first conversation to the contracted work being executed across your facilities. The process scales to your portfolio.
The conversation
Schedule a consultation, send an RFP, or share a plaintiff demand letter. A real person responds, usually same day. We will ask about your portfolio, your jurisdiction, your timeline, and your stakeholders.
The assessment
On-site assessments across the facilities in scope. Documented deficiencies. Photographed evidence. Prioritized recommendations. Output formatted for the audience that will read it (legal, HR, facilities, executive).
The agreement
Master service agreement, project-specific contract, or multi-year compliance partnership. Procurement, legal, and your risk team get the paper they need before any work begins.
The execution
Certified technicians do the work. Documentation flows back to your team on the agreed cadence. Quarterly reviews for ongoing partnerships. Annual reporting for compliance programs. Closeout packages for project work.
Performance you can put in writing.
My Mobility Center is family-owned, with operating standards rooted in service to others. Enterprises engage us because the work is real, the documentation is real, and the accountability is real. We bring values-driven leadership to every engagement, and we hold ourselves to performance terms that make legal, HR, and facilities leaders comfortable putting our name in front of their executives.
Our values
Contracting and engagement models.
Enterprises engage us under several contracting models depending on the work. Here are the most common.
Master Service Agreement
Single contract covering multi-year, multi-site work. Defined service levels, pricing schedules, and response times. Ideal for enterprises with ongoing accessibility needs across a portfolio.
Project-Specific Contract
Scoped, priced, and contracted to a defined project. Capital programs, remediation initiatives, plaintiff response work, or new construction accessibility scopes.
Compliance Partnership
Annual or multi-year compliance program with scheduled re-audits, ongoing remediation, and documented compliance posture maintained over time.
Time-and-Materials
For smaller, occasional, or undefined-scope work. Hourly or daily rates with documented work and material reporting. Most common for individual accommodation work.
Pricing scales to the scope, the portfolio, and the contract length. Enterprise accounts receive consolidated billing, dedicated account management, and reporting cadences aligned to your internal review cycles.
Common questions from enterprise leaders.
If your question is not here, contact our enterprise team at (706) 207-2091.
Do you carry the insurance enterprise contracts require?
Yes. My Mobility Center maintains general liability, professional liability, automobile, and workers compensation insurance at coverage levels appropriate to enterprise contracting. Certificates of insurance are provided with every proposal and maintained current with the contracting party throughout the engagement.
Can you respond to ADA plaintiff demand letters?
Yes. We provide rapid site assessments, settlement-quality remediation, and the supporting documentation your defense counsel needs. We have worked plaintiff inquiries across Title III public accommodation matters and provide turnaround times appropriate to litigation timelines.
How do you handle multi-site work outside your immediate region?
My Mobility Center operates as a national network. Multi-site contracts are structured with a primary account at corporate and local service execution through the appropriate franchise or partner location. You get a single point of contact and consistent service standards across the portfolio.
Can your assessments hold up under DOJ scrutiny?
Our assessments are documented to the 2010 ADA Standards, photographed, prioritized by risk, and formatted for legal review. We have provided audit-ready documentation that has supported defense responses, settlement negotiations, and compliance posture documentation for executive and board reporting.
How do you handle employee accommodation requests through HR?
We work within the accommodation process your HR team controls. When HR identifies an accommodation involving mobility equipment, accessibility, or workplace modification, we provide the assessment, the recommendation, and the implementation. We document for the personnel file. HR retains the accommodation decision authority.
Do you work with our existing facilities maintenance vendors?
Yes. Where you have existing facilities maintenance contracts, we work alongside those vendors on the accessibility scope. We coordinate. We document. We do not require displacing your existing facilities partnerships.
How is pricing structured for ongoing compliance programs?
Compliance program pricing is typically annual or multi-year, with defined scope (site count, audit cadence, remediation thresholds) and predictable budget impact. Pricing accounts for travel, site density, and reporting requirements. We provide detailed pricing in the proposal phase.
How does engagement begin?
