About Us

Work that visibly matters.

Technicians, mobility specialists, and operations people. The job is going into homes and onto fleet yards and making equipment work.

What we hire for

Character first, capability second. We can teach the equipment. We cannot teach someone to be trustworthy in a stranger's house, which is where this job happens.

What the work looks like

Field roles travel. Technicians work in homes, in the shop, and on fleet sites. Mobility specialists spend their days with customers who are frustrated, worried, or both, and the job is to be steady about it.

How we hire

A conversation about your experience and what you are looking for. Then an in-person meeting at one of our locations, or a video meeting if geography requires it. Both sides decide.

We will tell you honestly what the role involves, including the parts that are hard. Nobody benefits from somebody taking a field job without understanding that it means driving, lifting, and going into strangers' homes on their worst week.

The roles we hire for

Field technicians who install and service stairlifts, lifts, elevators, and vehicle equipment. Mobility specialists who work with customers to specify the right equipment. Fleet technicians for wheelchair lift maintenance and bus air conditioning. Operations and administrative staff who keep scheduling, parts, and paperwork moving.

What we will train you in

Factory certification on the lines we carry. Where a role calls for it, we will support you toward an elevator mechanic license, EPA 609 certification, ATP credentialing, or Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist training. Those credentials belong to you and they follow you for the rest of your career.

Why people stay

The work is legible. You can point at a staircase somebody could not climb this morning and can climb this evening. That is rarer in a job than it sounds, and it is the reason our field people tend not to leave for a warehouse paying a similar wage.

Credentials our team holds

Careers questions.

Do I need experience with mobility equipment?

Not necessarily. We can teach the equipment. We cannot teach somebody to be trustworthy in a stranger's house, which is where this job happens.

Will you pay for certification?

Where a role calls for it, we support people toward elevator mechanic licensure, EPA 609, ATP credentialing, and CAPS training. Those credentials belong to you and follow you for the rest of your career.

How much travel is involved?

For field roles, a lot. Our whole model is mobile service, so the work is at customer addresses rather than in a shop. We would rather you know that before you apply than after.

Where are you hiring?

We are growing across the country. Tell us where you are.
