We hold the privacy of our customers, patients, and partners as an operating principle. Industry, scope, and outcome are documented here. Identifying details are not.
A school district's maintenance history, a hospital's patient handling arrangements, and a family's medical situation are all things somebody trusted us with rather than things we earned the right to advertise. Several of our institutional clients would need a procurement conversation before their name appeared on a vendor's website, and we are not going to start that conversation for marketing.
So what follows describes the sector, the problem, what we did, and what happened. If you are evaluating us and you need references, ask. We will arrange them properly, with the client's agreement, which is a different thing from publishing a logo.
How to read them
Every engagement below is real. Figures we cannot produce records for on demand have been left out rather than rounded into something impressive, which is why you will find fewer numbers here than on most pages of this kind.
School District
District-wide wheelchair lift PM program
Scope
A regional school district running a fleet of lift-equipped buses had inconsistent maintenance documentation spread across several vendors. They needed audit-ready records, predictable annual cost, and technicians authorized on their specific lift platforms.
Approach
We consolidated lift maintenance into a single contract with scheduled service windows, manufacturer-authorized technicians, and standardised documentation. Service visits were coordinated with the transportation schedule to keep buses in service.
Outcome
The district has passed its state DOT audits with no findings related to wheelchair lift maintenance. Documentation gaps that used to surface during renewal reviews are now closed at the service visit.
Transit Authority
Paratransit fleet preventive maintenance
Scope
A municipal transit authority needed scheduled preventive maintenance on accessibility lifts, securement systems, and HVAC across a paratransit fleet, with an expiring contract and a competitive replacement process.
Approach
We responded to the RFP with a multi-year service contract defining response times for emergency lift failures, quarterly performance reviews, and consolidated reporting aligned to FTA requirements.
Outcome
Service is executed by certified mobile technicians on the agreed schedule, and emergency response has run inside the contractual maximum since the contract began.
Regional Hospital System
Patient lift installation and service program
Scope
A hospital system planning a new rehabilitation unit needed ceiling-mounted patient lift specification, installation, and ongoing service, plus service coverage on patient handling equipment already installed at its other facilities.
Approach
We coordinated specification with the clinical team, installed to the unit schedule, and brought the existing equipment at the other sites under one service agreement.
Outcome
One vendor, one set of records, and preventive maintenance on patient handling equipment across the system.

How The Work Happens
Consultation
A conversation about the person, the building or the fleet, and the budget. Free, and with no obligation to buy anything.
Site survey
A technician surveys the site in person and gives you a written scope, so the price you agree to is the price of the job.
Installation
Factory-certified technicians install and commission the equipment, and stay until everyone who has to operate it can.
Service
Maintenance and repair for as long as you own the equipment, from the people who put it in. Scheduled preventive maintenance where a contract calls for it.
Case Studies questions.
Why are these anonymous?
Because a district's maintenance history and a family's medical situation were entrusted to us rather than earned as advertising. Several institutional clients would need a procurement conversation before their name appeared on a vendor site, and we are not starting that conversation for marketing.
Can I get references?
Yes. Ask, and we will arrange them properly with the client's agreement. That is a different thing from publishing a logo.
Why so few numbers?
Because figures we cannot produce records for on demand have been left out rather than rounded into something impressive. If a number appears here, we can show you where it came from.
