What price do you show?

Where a manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price, that is the price we list. Installed products show no price; their quote builder prices the job for your home, installation included.

How do I order?

Where a product shows a Buy now button, it opens a secure payment page for that item, one item per online order; Stripe emails your receipt. Otherwise call (844) 799-0070 and a mobility specialist will take your order and help you compare models.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship only within the lower 48 states and DC; we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories. Shipping is free on online orders over $500. Under $500, a flat shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. We pay the sales tax on every online order. Most products are processed within 2-5 business days.

What if I order for delivery outside the lower 48?

An order placed for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory or anywhere outside the lower 48 states and DC is canceled: we contact you and refund the order, less merchant processing fees.

Is there a delivery charge on Smirthwaite equipment?

Smirthwaite chairs, benches, stretchers, tables and the minimum raise mobile bases are delivered by lift gate: they carry a $175 lift-gate delivery charge, once per order, shown beside the price, and no shipping charge. Smirthwaite accessories without that note ship like everything else in the store.

Why do stairlifts and platform lifts show no price?

They are installed, and the price depends on your home. The quote builder asks a few questions and gives the price for the job, installation included.

In the 33 states we serve. Our own technicians install and service what we sell.
