The Protekt Wedge Rail Guard does two jobs. Its wedge shape fills the gap between the mattress and the side rail, and the same slope works as a positioning device for the person in bed.

About The Protekt Wedge Rail Guard
It buckles to the rail and has an easy-to-clean vinyl cover. The guard meets fire rating CA 117, and Proactive offers custom sizes.
Each guard is sold singly. The half rail version measures 36 by 12 inches, and the full rail version 70 by 12 inches. Warranty is 1 year.
