A family-owned ownership team with roots in mobility equipment, operations, and faith-aligned leadership. Officers carry corporate responsibility. A broader operating team runs the work.
How this company is actually run
It is family-owned and small enough that the people whose names are below answer their own phones. If you have a problem that the ordinary channels are not solving, you can reach an officer, and that is deliberate rather than an accident of size.
Procurement officers, manufacturers, and journalists all have legitimate reasons to speak with leadership directly, and none of them should have to work through three layers to do it.
The operating team
Below the officers is the team that actually does the work: mobile service technicians, lead mobility specialists, and corporate operations staff. They hold the credentials the work requires and they are the people you will meet.
We are not going to publish a page of headshots and titles for a team that changes as we grow. What matters to a customer is that the person arriving at the door is our employee, is qualified for the job in front of them, and works for the same company that will come back if something fails.

Percy Whatley
President & Chairwoman
Percy Whatley acquired Custom Mobility in 2024 and established My Mobility Center as the brand under which it operates. She is the primary shareholder of Agilitas Mobility, Inc. dba Custom Mobility. Born in Andhra Pradesh, India to pastors, she spent more than a decade as a senior software engineer before stepping away from corporate technology to focus on serving the Lord by serving those who need help the most.

Dustin Whatley
Chief Executive Officer
Dustin Whatley serves as Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. Born in Atlanta, Georgia to a family rooted in ministry, he brings a professional background spanning aviation, business consulting, and mobility solutions. He volunteers as worship leader at Unity Christian Church in Maysville, Georgia.

Cherry Newton
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Cherry Newton brings more than two decades of operations and financial leadership. Born in Denver, Colorado, she spent fifteen years as VP of Operations for an aircraft charter firm working out of Athens and Atlanta, followed by five years as sales manager for a charter brokerage. She joined Custom Mobility in 2020.
