About The Ankle Ice Wrap
Each pack is shaped to its spot and stays flexible, so it contours to the foot instead of sitting stiff. The gel is non-toxic and the packs are reusable, leak-proof and latex-free.
Insert the packs in their pockets, place your heel in the opening and wrap the fastening straps around your calf. The soft neoprene blend adjusts to fit most adults on either ankle, and measures 13 by 12.5 in.
