The Vive ITB strap wraps the leg two to three inches above the knee to give the iliotibial band targeted compression. Vive made it for active people and designed it to keep the IT band stable and cut down on rubbing at the outside of the knee.

About The ITB Strap
An integrated gel compression pad dampens the vibration of each step. A textured interior keeps the strap in position, and a strong fastener adjusts it to legs from 14 in to 20 in around.
It is 2 in wide, adjusts up to 21.85 in long, and is made of a breathable, moisture-wicking, latex-free neoprene blend. Men and women can wear it on either leg. Machine wash cold.
