The Vive shoulder compression ice wrap combines two things in one brace: an air bladder you inflate for compression, and a removable Arctic Flex gel pack for cold or warmth. The gel pack stays flexible when frozen and is shaped to cover the whole shoulder.

About The Shoulder Compression Ice Wrap
A small, detachable hand pump inflates the bladder to a comfortable level, and a push release valve at its base lets air out. Clip the pump to the brace with its small strap, or remove the pump and hose after closing the main valve.
Two fastener straps with D-rings secure it on the left or right shoulder, fitting chests up to 60 in and biceps up to 26 in. It can be worn on the skin or over light clothing.
