About The Knee Ice Wrap Cryogrid
Freeze it for 2 hours, then wear it for 15 to 20 minutes. The soft, flexible outer fabric and the clay cells inside follow the contours of the knee and leg, and the integrated wrap design keeps it in place so you readjust less.
Three Cryogrid ice packs come with the wrap. It measures 39.4 by 10.25 inches, weighs 2.5 lbs and is latex-free. Spot clean and lay flat to dry.
