This Vive knee pack is contoured to wrap around the knee, with sealed dividers that keep the gel evenly spread and help it bend around the joint. Its Arctic Flex gel stays flexible when frozen and gives up to 20 minutes of cold per use.

About The Knee Hot and Cold Pack
One side is smooth nylon for a stronger, colder feel; the other is soft plush, which is gentler and keeps condensation from dripping. It can also be warmed in the microwave, but not on a stovetop.
Two strong fastener straps hold it on with mild compression, and they can be trimmed. It is one size, fits most adults on either knee, and measures 12.99 in by 9.45 in. Wipe clean only.
