About The Kinesiology Tape
The adhesive is strong and long-lasting, made to hold through sweat and showers for days on a single application. The tape stretches and flexes as you move. It is a latex-free cotton and spandex blend that resists water and sweat.
Choose a standard 16.4 ft roll or an extra long 105 ft roll, in beige or black. The paper backing has a grid so you can cut it to the length and shape you need, and an illustrated guide shows suggested placements.
