About The Kinesiology Tape, Pre-Cut, 2 in x 105 ft, Black
Each strip is a stretchy cotton and spandex tape that supports muscles and joints while moving with you. The adhesive is made for multi-day wear and can get wet in the shower, while swimming, in rain or with sweat, though it is not waterproof. An illustrated guide suggests placements for the back, neck, shoulder, knee, elbow, thigh, calf and foot.
The tape is black and latex-free. It is single use: throw each strip away once removed. Vive gives the adhesive a 2 year shelf life.
