About The Hot and Cold Wrist Sleeve
The stretchy, firm-fitting material follows the shape of the wrist, and the included elastic strap lets you set the level of compression. One universal design fits the left or right hand. The gel is about 8.75mm thick.
Sizes are based on the widest part of the wrist: Small 5 in to 6 in, Medium 6 in to 6.8 in, Large 6.8 in to 8 in. Choose black or blue. A resealable bag comes with it for the freezer.
