These Vive finger sleeves slip over individual fingers to bring cold or warmth right to them. A stretch nylon fabric cover holds a 10 mm thick, solid gel inner snugly around the finger.

About The Hot and Cold Finger Sleeves
The 5-pack includes three standard sleeves, one thumb sleeve and one pinky sleeve; the 2-pack has two standard sleeves. A standard sleeve is 3 in long. For cold, freeze them for at least 2 hours; for warmth, microwave on high in 20-second intervals. Vive says to apply for no more than 15 to 20 minutes, then wait at least 1 hour.
They are latex-free and come with a ziplock pouch; keep them sealed so the gel does not dry out. Vive covers them for 1 year.
