Built around two heavy-duty hinges of ABS plastic and aluminum, the Vive heavy duty hinged knee brace gives the knee firm side support, and Vive designed the hinges to guard against hyperextension. The front has an open patella design for ventilation and less pressure on the kneecap.

About The Heavy Duty Hinged Knee Brace
Two handles at the top make it easier to pull on. Unfasten the buckles, slide the brace over the knee, and close the straps from bottom to top. The X cross straps adjust for compression and can be trimmed to length.
It fits either knee. Measure the thigh 5 in above the center of the knee to choose a size from Small at 15 in to 2X-Large at 24 in.
