This Vive elbow wrap holds four Arctic Flex gel packs against the elbow, with moderate compression from two adjustable straps. The gel packs stay soft and flexible when frozen so they can follow the shape of the elbow, and they can also be gently warmed.

About The Elbow Ice Wrap
Each pack slips into its own fastener pocket on the inside of the wrap. The top strap is a little longer and goes above the elbow; the shorter bottom strap goes around the forearm. D-rings and a small tab on the hook-and-loop make it easier to put on with one hand.
It fits elbows up to 19.5 in around and reverses for either arm. Take the packs out before machine washing the cover.
