About The Open Sesame Residential Bundled Package (Self-Install)
Press the remote and the electric strike releases the latch; the operator then opens the door up to 120 degrees, holds it for an adjustable 5 to 30 seconds and closes it. It stops if it meets an obstruction, the clutch disengages between cycles so the door works by hand, an internal 12V battery keeps it running in a power failure, and it uses low-voltage 24-volt wiring. Choose antique white, silver or dark bronze.
Sold for self-installation: the equipment only, shipped to you, without installation. Open Sesame's guarantee does not cover problems resulting from improper installation, or installation charges and hardware. If you would like us to install your door opener, build a door opener quote for the installed price instead.
