About The Hot and Cold Arch Wraps
The gel stays pliable even when frozen, so it molds to the arch, and it is made to keep its shape through repeated heating and freezing. Each wrap adjusts to fit men's and women's sizes 6 to 14 and measures 14.5 in by 4 in.
A freezer bag comes with them for clean storage at home, at the gym or while traveling. The wraps are 91% gel with nylon and spandex. Wipe them clean with a damp cloth and lay flat to dry.
