About The Hip Ice Pack
The pack is dual-sided. The nylon side gives a stronger, colder contact; the soft plush side is gentler and keeps condensation from dripping. The Arctic Flex gel stays flexible when frozen and can be warmed in the microwave, but not on a stovetop.
At 13 in by 10 in it covers a large area. The straps close with D-ring hook-and-loop. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth; do not put it in the washer.
