Vive's wrist ice pack wraps a gel pack around the wrist and hand for hot or cold use. Freeze it for cold or microwave it for warmth, and the flexible pack contours to the shape of your wrist.

About The Wrist Ice Pack
It is dual-sided. The nylon gel side delivers a stronger temperature, and the soft plush side gives a more gradual one, so you can choose which faces the skin. Elastic hook and loop straps, 33cm each, adjust the compression and close on either side, fitting either wrist. The gel pack measures 290mm by 215mm and the wrap weighs 1.02 lbs. Wipe clean with a damp cloth; do not machine wash.
