About The Kinesiology Tape, Pre-Cut, 2 in x 16.4 ft, Black
The tape is 97% cotton and 3% spandex, so it stretches and flexes with each movement. Its adhesive is made to stay on for several days and can get wet in the shower, pool, rain or sweat, though it is not waterproof. An illustrated guide shows suggested placements.
Black and latex-free, it comes in a plastic dispenser. Each strip is single use. The adhesive has a 2 year shelf life when stored properly.
