The Vive SI belt is a dual compression wrap worn around the hips and pelvis, not the waist, to give stabilizing support to the sacroiliac joint and lower back. It is slim enough to wear under regular or loose clothing or over tight-fitting clothes.

About The SI Belt
Removable flexi-splints contour to the body (4 in the Regular size, 6 in the Plus/XL), and there is a removable back support pad and a loose secondary outer compression strap. An outer thumb loop, a hand pocket and easy pull tabs help you put it on. Regular fits hips up to 45 in; Plus/XL fits 45 to 55 in. It is a latex-free neoprene blend with a nonslip inner lining. Not intended for weight lifting.
