The Vive knee brace gets its support from four curved aluminum spring splints that flex with the knee as you move. Vive shaped them to contour to the knee and designed them to support proper alignment of the ligaments. They slide out for cleaning or when you want more flexibility.

About The Knee Brace
An open patella design takes pressure off the kneecap. Two strong fastener straps and a non-slip lining keep it from sliding, twisting or bunching, and it reverses for the left or right knee.
It is one size, fitting knees up to 20 in, up to 22.5 in above the knee and up to 20.5 in below. The perforated, latex-free fabric is slim enough to wear under or over clothing.
