This Vive wrist wrap covers the whole wrist and holds a removable Arctic Flex gel pack in an interior pocket. Freeze the pack for cold or warm it gently in the microwave, then slide it in and fasten the wrap.

About The Wrist Ice Wrap
The wrap adjusts to wrists up to 9 in around and has a 1.3 in thumb opening that keeps it in place, so it reverses for the left or right hand and leaves the fingers uncovered. The leakproof gel pack measures 11.42 in by 3.66 in, with chambers that keep the gel evenly spread, and it stays flexible when frozen. The wrap is a soft, latex-free neoprene blend and machine washes once the pack is removed.
