The Vive knee ice wrap holds three Arctic Flex gel packs around the knee, two in front pockets and one in the back, with compression you can adjust. The packs stay flexible when frozen and can also be heated, for up to 20 minutes of cold or warmth.

About The Knee Ice Wrap
Four adjustable straps secure it, and it reverses for the left or right knee, fitting knees up to 21 in around. The brace is a soft, latex-free neoprene blend that is lightweight and breathable.
To cool the packs, lay them flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours. To heat them, start at room temperature and microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. Remove the packs and machine wash the brace cold. Four color choices.
