Harmar's AL435 is an inside hoist lift with powered lifting, rotation and boom extension, aimed at people with a larger power chair or scooter who worry an inside lift would take up too much room. Its simplified base fits in a smaller footprint, and it can go on the passenger or driver side.

About The Harmar AL435 3-axis Hoist Lift
It lifts up to 400 pounds and handles manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and scooters. Arm height ranges from 21 to 43 inches and the length adjusts from 21 to 32 inches; installed weight is 76 pounds. Harmar lists it for most SUVs, trucks and vans, and you keep the use of your backup camera. A folding arm and universal base adapter are included; a docking device is not.
It has a weather-resistant hand control and is assembled in the USA. Harmar's three-year parts warranty is transferable when Harmar's Compatibility Calculator approves the application.
