About The Power Wheelchair
Ground clearance is 6 inches and the 18-inch-wide seat sits 19.7 inches off the ground, with a dense foam base and breathable cover. Vive says the front shock absorbers handle grass, gravel, pavement, carpet and indoor floors. The 360-degree joystick shows battery charge, has a horn and speed settings, and attaches to either armrest. Armrests, footrests and seat back height adjust. Levers behind each rear wheel switch it to manual mode. Vive notes it is not suited to bad weather.
It comes in black with a rechargeable lithium battery and a 3-pin charging cable. Vive covers the frame for 5 years, joysticks for 1 year, electrical parts, batteries, horn and controller for 6 months, and handles and charger for 90 days. Register with Vive within 30 days of purchase.
