Vive built the Carbon Crossover on a hybrid carbon fiber and aluminum frame, and it folds for a car trunk, closet or tight space. With its battery it weighs 39 lbs (35 lbs without), and Vive pitches it for travel, errands and everyday use.

About The Carbon Crossover Power Wheelchair
It supports up to 265 lbs and goes up to 6.2 miles per charge on the included lithium battery; a second battery port lets you add range with an extra battery. A 5-speed joystick and anti-tip wheels help in narrow hallways and tight corners. The seat is 17 in wide and 16.5 in deep with a 15 in backrest, and overall it measures 40 in long, 23 in wide and 35 in high. Wheels are 7 in front and 12 in rear.
It arrives mostly assembled with the joystick, battery, four anti-tip wheels and the cushion seat and backrest. Vive covers the frame for 5 years and the joystick for 1 year.
