This is a support strap in Proactive's sit-to-stand range, listed in the maker's sling line for long-term care and homecare settings. It comes in two versions, Standard and Bariatric.

About The Proactive Sit-to-Stand Buttocks Support Strap
The Standard strap is 7 in long and 35 in wide. The Bariatric strap is 11 in long and 57 in wide. Proactive gives both a 600 lb weight capacity.
Like the rest of the maker's slings, it is made of polyester or nylon fabric for wet or dry environments. Follow the washing label, keep temperatures at or under 185° F, and air-dry it or dry it on low.
