Pride places the Maxima in its ultra heavy duty scooter class. It has a 500 lb. capacity and a 22" wide captain's seat that swivels, reclines a little and adjusts for depth. Note that it does not come apart, so it is a scooter for home and neighborhood rather than the car trunk.

About The Maxima 4-wheel
It reaches up to 5.8 mph and up to 19.5 miles per charge on two 58Ah NF-22 gel batteries. The turning radius is 53", the length 47.5" and the base 27" wide. Pick the power elevating seat version and the seat rises an extra 6.25", which Pride says helps you reach cabinets and countertops. Both versions come in Garnet Red or Ocean Blue.
Full LED lights, a USB port on the tiller, a mirror and a seatbelt are standard. Pride gives a lifetime limited warranty on the frame and 2 years on the electronics and drivetrain.
