About The Toe Pouches
Small ventilation holes run across the top so air can pass through, and the gel stays put without sliding. They fit in any closed-toe shoe, from athletic shoes and boots to dress shoes and high heels, under socks or hosiery, and suit ballet, running and hiking.
The pack includes two pairs. They are made of soft silicone gel and are reusable. Hand wash with cold water and mild soap and air dry.
