About The Heel Lift Inserts
The small lift is 0.6 in high, the medium 1.0 in and the large 1.4 in. Each has a honeycomb gel design that absorbs impact, a U-shaped heel cup to steady the foot and extra cushioning right under the heel. A soft, velvety lining is breathable and wicks sweat.
They fit any closed-heel shoe, from dress shoes to boots, in US men's sizes 8-13 and women's 6-10. The material is a latex-free thermoplastic elastomer. Hand wash in warm water and air dry.
