About The Heel Cups
The cups are a flexible, latex-free thermoplastic elastomer that forms to the shape of the heel. They sit on top of the existing insole in any closed-heel shoe, including athletic shoes, dress shoes and boots, and can be trimmed for a closer fit and moved from shoe to shoe.
Three unisex sizes are offered: small for US men's 4-6.5 and women's 6-8.5, medium for men's 7-9 and women's 9-11.5, and large for men's 10-14 and women's 12-14.5. Hand wash in warm water and let them air dry.
