About The Tube Resistance Bands
Each band is 4 ft long and rated for its own range: extra light at 2-4 lb, light at 4-6 lb, medium at 10-12 lb, heavy at 15-20 lb and extra heavy at 25-30 lb. Metal carabiner clips attach them to the handles or ankle straps, and you can clip several together for a custom level.
Vive builds the bands to resist tearing, splitting and snapping. Please note they are made with latex, along with nylon webbing and a metal buckle.
