About The Therapy Bar Variety (4 Pack)
The bars twist, bend and oscillate to work the wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder, and Vive designed them to be used under the direction of a physical therapist. Together they cover resistance from 5 to 25 pounds.
Each bar is 12 in x 2 in x 2 in and made of latex-free TPR in various blues. Small ridges give a secure, nonslip grip.
