About The Shoulder Pulley
A zinc alloy casing holds a nylon wheel, so the rope moves freely and smoothly. The nylon rope is 76 in long and marked every 6 in, which makes it easy to repeat the same range each session. Button stoppers let you limit how far the rope travels, and the foam handles give a soft, secure grip.
It is latex-free and comes in blue with black handles. Keep it dry and wipe it down with a dry cloth.
