About The Shoulder Pulley With Ergonomic Grip
The handles are ergonomic and textured for a secure grip, and a door anchor holds the pulley steady during use. From handle to handle it measures 67.32 in. Vive designed it for stretching, strengthening and rehab exercises for the shoulder, with a focus on strength, flexibility and range of motion.
