About The Resistance Band Roll - 25 yd
Choose one of five color-coded levels: light (yellow), medium (red), heavy (green), x-heavy (blue) or xx-heavy (black). Thickness runs from 0.30 mm to 0.65 mm, and Vive lists the pull for each level at 100% and 200% stretch in the specifications below.
The band is latex-free rubber, lightly textured for grip, with a low powder coating so it does not stick to itself. Vive notes it is not snap-resistant. Rinse under water and dry right away.
