About The Plantar Fasciitis Ball
The ball is 2.5 in across, sized to fit the arch, and made from firm, high-density silicone that is latex-free and will not mark floors. The handle cord is 74 in long and adjusts, which lets you use it sitting down or standing up.
It also works on the arms, shoulders, legs and back. Wipe it with a damp cloth as needed and dry with a lint-free cloth.
