About The Loop Resistance Bands
Every band is 12 in long and 2 in wide. What changes from one level to the next is the thickness, from 0.30 mm on the extra light band to 1.00 mm on the extra heavy. Two or more can be worn together for a custom level.
The bands are TPE and latex-free. Wipe them with a dry cloth, or wash gently with hand soap and dry right away.
