The smaller of Vive's flat gel ice packs, this one is 6 by 10 inches. It is filled with a non-toxic silica gel that stays flexible when frozen, so it lies against the body rather than sitting stiff.

About The Ice Pack - 6 x 10 Inch
The pack is soft, latex-free vinyl that resists tearing and splitting, and each seam is sealed against leaks, so it can be reused many times. Freeze it flat for at least 2 hours, then place a towel between the skin and the pack. Vive says a session should not exceed 30 minutes, and notes it can also be warmed for heat.
