About The Ice Pack - 11 x 24 Inch
It can be used cold or warm. Freeze it flat for a minimum of two hours, or microwave it on a paper towel at full power for 15 seconds, knead, and add 10-second intervals; stop if it starts to expand. Always use it over clothing or a towel, and Vive says a session should not exceed 20 minutes. The latex-free vinyl is tear- and split-resistant. Wipe it with a damp cloth.
