About The Hot and Cold Wrap
Freeze it lying flat for at least 2 hours and the gel stays flexible enough to follow the body. To warm it, heat it in the microwave at full power for 30 seconds, knead, then add 10-second intervals; or submerge it in water just off the boil for 8-10 minutes. Always apply it over a cloth or towel. The pack is thin, light, leakproof PVC and nylon with non-toxic silica gel. Wipe clean and dry with a lint-free cloth.
