About The Hot and Cold Massage Set
For a cold massage, place them in the freezer for at least three hours or overnight; for warmth, soak them in hot water for ten minutes. Do not boil or microwave them. The smooth ball and soft spike ball are 2.5 inches across, the spike ball 3 inches, and the foot roller 7.5 by 3.25 by 3.25 inches. They are latex-free and resist splitting and tearing. Rinse in warm water with mild soap and dry right away.
