About The Elbow Ice Pack
The outer layer is nylon and PVC built to be leak-resistant, and the gel inside is CMC with glycerin and water. The pack measures 17.2 by 9.64 inches and weighs 1.86 lbs, and a freezer bag comes with it for storage. It is one size, in blue and gray. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry; do not machine wash or dry.
