This Vive ankle pack wraps around the foot and ankle and fastens with two stretch straps, sized to fit most ankles, including swollen ones. The clay-filled pack stays flexible when frozen, so it molds around the joint, and it can also be warmed in the microwave (Vive advises against the stovetop because of the fabric side).

About The Dual Strap Ankle Hot and Cold Pack
The two faces feel different: smooth nylon on one side for a colder feel, and soft plush on the other, which keeps condensation from dripping. The fastener on the strap is double-sided, so it closes either way. The pack measures 550 by 322 mm, weighs 2.43 lbs and is latex-free. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and air dry; do not machine wash or dry.
