About The Neck Ice Pack
Freeze it flat for at least two hours for cold use, or warm it in the microwave 15-20 seconds at a time, never above 150 degrees. Vive rates it at 30 minutes of cold per use. Always place a towel between the pack and your skin.
The pack measures 22 inches long and 7.5 inches wide and is made of a soft, tear- and split-resistant vinyl. Choose medium or large, single or a 2 pack in medium. Wipe it clean with a soft cloth; do not submerge it.
