This 14 by 13 inch Vive wrap is a reusable gel pack inside a soft cover, sized to cover a shoulder, hip, back or abdomen. The clay gel can be chilled in the freezer for two hours or more and stays flexible when frozen, so it shapes to the body. It can also be warmed: from room temperature, 30 seconds on high in the microwave, then 10 second intervals.

About The 14 x 13 Inch Ice Wrap
The cover has a non-slip silicone lining and a pocket that closes with hook and loop. Three straps, 28.75, 12 and 15.75 inches long, attach anywhere on the cover to hold it on a knee, ankle, arm or shoulder. The vinyl pack is latex-free with sealed seams, and the cover is machine washable.
